Hij is directeur Research bij het <i>Reuters Institute, Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Oxford<\/i>. Daarnaast is hij verbonden aan andere universitaire instituten en een veel publicerend auteur.<\/p>\n<p>Zijn blog bevat soms niet meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n nieuwe bijdrage per twee maanden, maar is desalniettemin zeer de moeite waard.
