Uw bijdrage an Jlab over en naar aanleiding van het kantenfeuilleton zojuist gelezen. Daarop heb ik niets aan te merken behalve één kleinigheidje. U schrijft dat feuilletons lang geleden uit de dagbladen zijn verdwenen. In zijn algemeenheid is dat juist en toch is het niet helemaal correct. In 2009/2010 publiceerde De Gooi- en Eemlander het feuilleton ‘Gooise geheimen’ (167 afleveringen), in 2010/2011 het feuilleton ‘Gooise gruwelen’ (130 afleveringen) en in 2011/2012 het voor kinderen bedoelde feuilleton ‘Gooise grappenmakers’ (60 afleveringen’. Hoe ik dat weet? De eerste twee feuilletons schreef ik zelf, het laatste samen met mijn destijds, toen we eraan begonnen, 9 en 10 jaar oude dochters. Alle serie-vertellingen werden gepubliceerd op dinsdag, donderdag en zaterdag en ze hadden uiteraard de bedoeling (de aandacht van) lezers vast te houden. Als inwoner van Kortenhoef (in het verspreidingsgebied immers van De Gooi- en Eemlander) had u dat kunnen weten.
